In this workshop, we will discuss the ABCs of EDI: Awareness, Action, Accountability, Boundary Setting, Building your Knowledge Base, Bolstering Confidence, Being Honest, Commitment, Communication, Conversation, Co-Creation, Continuous Feedback, and Caring.
By the end of this workshop, you should be able to:
1. Define the 4 As of EDI
2. Apply the 4 Bs of EDI
3. Practice the 6 Cs of EDI
