This workshop, delivered in partnership with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, is a deep dive into improving cultural competency in the workplace with a focus on dimensions of the cultural development model, intercultural sensitivity training, and sharing strategies to enhance professional communication and respect for cultural diversity. Participants will leave the session with tested strategies to enhance their professional intercultural competence and build capacity for this work at their organizations.
