Canadians living with disabilities face stigma and systemic labour market barriers to progress into leadership positions. This webinar will identify the challenges women with disabilities face on the societal, organizational and individual level, such as stereotypes, employers’ lack of resources or knowledge and more. It will also highlight the importance and the opportunity of supporting the development of more inclusive and equitable employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.
