Northern Lights College in partnership with Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) is facilitating the creation of a Community of Practice (COP) focused on Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) in the workplace. With the collaboration of organizations in your area, we will be hosting the first session of this COP in Calgary, AB on February 13th, 2024. This two-hour session will give you the opportunity to hear about other organizations’ challenges and successes around Equity, Diversity, and inclusion. We welcome anyone who has a passion or wants to learn more about Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
