This workshop, delivered in partnership with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, provides an overview of leading principles-based frameworks that can help your organization advance responsible business conduct by embedding DEI in your CSR efforts across the workplace, marketplace, and community. Participants will expand their understanding of how CSR efforts with strong DEI integration can improve employee wellbeing, align with international human rights and decent work standards, and have positive impacts on the community in which your organization operates.
