This workshop, delivered in partnership with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, will examine how unaddressed wage gaps negatively impact organizations and the strategies you can use to close existing wage gaps. By examining current Canadian wage gap demographics as well as providing participants with an opportunity to understand salary audits, data monitoring on wage gaps, and the importance of transparency, participants will leave this session with tips and methods to work towards identifying and removing discriminatory remuneration practices.
