Join Wendy Cukier, founder and academic director of the Diversity Institute for a session that focuses on embedding a gender and diversity lens into the policy design, delivery and evaluation processes. Cukier will delve into how EDI has advanced for specific policies and programs, recruitment and retention, immigrant and refugeee issues and more. This program will provide insight and information on new issues and approaches to evaluation. Sessions will include developments in evaluation following the Treasury Board Secretariat Policy on Results that reflect new and emerging priorities focusing on quality of life, truth and reconciliation, gender based analysis plus, EDI, and the environment.
